Suggested Use
Take one tablet daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Warnings
Contains selenium, which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed 150mcg of selenium per day from dietary supplements. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If taking other supplements, check their labels as they may contain the same ingredients. Talk to your health professional before use if you are breastfeeding. Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. When taken in excess of 3,000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects. If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. In case of accidental overdose, discontinue use and contact your doctor or the Poisons Information Centre (NZ: 0800 764 766). Do not use if the seal under the cap is torn or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
