What does it taste like?
Very smooth, with rich earthy goodness like chai or herbal tea. Some days we add it to coffee without the negative side effects of coffee, most days we have it pure with hot nut milk, and if we’re feeling a bit naughty, a dash of honey to get the day started.

How do I use it?
Mix ½ tsp (2g) in warm water, tea, coffee, smoothies, or in cooking. Consume daily for maximum benefits, with or without food.

How often can I take it?
